Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your phone number, the name of the person in custody and the county where they are held, plus anything you add in a message. Please do not put details of a criminal case, Social Security numbers or payment card numbers in the form. We will ask for what we need when we speak.

Phone calls

When you call us, we see the number you call from and keep a record of the call so we can call you back. If we ever record calls or route them through a call tracking service, we will say so here and at the start of the call where the law requires it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, the time spent on them, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. It uses cookies or similar technology to do this. We use these reports to see which pages help families and to count form submissions. We do not use them to identify you personally.

How we use information

We use information you send us to call you back, answer your question and, if you choose, start the bond process. We use analytics information to maintain and improve the website. We may disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep our business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information sent through this site, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.
